Adopted in 2007
We write with sad news that Zeus, who we adopted in early 2007 with Peanut, passed away last night. Peanut passed away in 2010 after a short illness.
Zeus had been not well this last month when he started suffering neurological problems that made it difficult to walk. We worked with our vet and did everything to make his last few weeks as comfortable as possible and hoping for a miracle. Unfortunately and with great sadness his health continued to declined and we had to let him go last night. Please know Zeus brought great joy to our family these last 10 years and will be missed terribly. We also want to thank NJ Boxer Rescue for bringing Zeus (and Peanut) into our lives.
