Update: Frasier is a young energetic male Boxer-Mix who is both loving and affectionate. He enjoys having his belly rubbed and his head scratched as he leans into you looking up at you with his loving soulful eyes. Frasier likes playing catch and going on long walks. Frasier is a friendly boy with people, but he needs to be the only dog at home. If you have an open heart and home, Frasier would make an excellent companion to fill your days with love, joy & outdoor excitement.
Meet Frasier! He moved into his foster home last week and they named him Frasier! He was a stray that was not claimed so the shelter reached out for help. He came in emaciated, wounds around his neck, limping and heart worm positive. A lot of stuff for a little guy to have to go through.
He has already put on weight and went to the vet today. They do feel he is on the younger side and he loves people! He started his treatment and his limp seems to have gone, he just might have hurt himself while he was out.
Frasier is dog friendly and loves people. We believe that because he was a stray and Emaciated it is causing him to have issues with food when other animals are around. For now we are looking for a home where he could be an only pet. He absolutely can be socialized with other dogs because he has a blast playing with the other dogs! He is housebroken and his foster mom and dad are working on his leash walking. He does have a lot of energy because we feel he is between one and three. He’s been a little nervous so we put on the thunder shirt and it seems to help.
