Hi! My name is Bruzer but my foster family say I am an absolute gentleman. I came to my foster home after a longer stay at the local shelter. I was placed at the shelter due to the deployment of my old family, who is proudly serving our country in the military. I have been told that I don't get along with other big dogs so I have not been in contact with other big dogs at the shelter or so far in my foster home. I am scheduled to be neutered next week (I prefer the political correct term of "gender neutral)." After my surgery my foster mom and dad are going to test my interaction with other bigger dogs so we can be clear on what the issue, if there is one, may be. I am eating well and despite my time in the shelter I am going potty only outside. I wasted no time finding the toy box and already picked out a purple wuba as my favorite. I love it when my foster mom and dad play with me and allow me to chase and retrieve it. I hope I am not driving them crazy because a particularly like it when it squeaks. I initially was not a big fan of being in a crate but now, after a few days, I have adapted to my foster family's schedule so I know they will be back. Just a note, as I said before, inside the house or crate is not for potty and I have a perfect record. I know how to sit and give paw and I am good on a leash. The neighbors that I have met on my walks have said I am really handsome (but I knew that). I am very curious, as all us boxer's are, so have all the windows scoped out and keep tabs on the neighborhood so my foster family knows I have their back. Attached is a picture of me on reconnaissance out one of the windows. I will keep you posted next week after surgery to let you know my progress. Laila is doing well in her foster home. Her foster mom says she is great with people. She is still on restricted activity which you know doing that for a boxer is a hard task. She has a follow up appointment with the specialist so we will have a better idea of her prognosis. Laila does seem to have some separation issues that he foster family is working on. They have improved but we think when the time comes for her to get a forever home we need either another dog in the home or a family member around more. Hi! My name is Bo. My foster mom is paying more attention to her computer then to me! She told me she was typing about me! So, I tried to tell her what to say. My foster mom, keeps saying I am a âGood Boy.â She says I follow the rules and listen by staying off the furniture. I am typical laid-back fun-loving boxer boy. I really love when my foster mom scratches behind my ears and gives me a hug. I occasionally talk to her. I donât jump up. I follow her all around the house. (Especially in the kitchen, cause thatâs where the treats are kept). Speaking of treats, she finally figured out that I do know how to sit, she just has to give me a small milkbone treat! I am mostly housebroken, but I am dealing with a UTI right now so I am occasionally having an accident in the house. When I do go outside, I do well on a leash, I pretty much stay by my foster momâs side. I do follow Nellie around outside and mark on top of her puddles. Yesterday, I learned how much fun it is to chase a racquet ball inside. I get into my crate will no problems, as long as my foster mom gives me a small milkbone treat. Though I will whine or howl a little once in the crate, just to let my foster mom know I think it was too soon! I love my lady, Nellie. My favorite spot to sleep is right next to Nellie on a dog bed. I like laying my paw over her as we sleep together. Hi! My name is Nellie. Donât let that picture fool you! I am not that shy! I am truly a lady who tries to get her way. I wedge myself in between my foster mom and Bo, when I think he is getting to much attention. Unlike Bo, I try to get attention, sometimes by putting my paws on the sofa, my foster mom says to âNellie offâ and I listen. Then I get praise by being told what I good girl I am. I love toys, but they are mine, I will share with Bo only if he gives them back to me, eventually. I am just bossy. I will do what ever you want, if you give me a small milkbone treat. I am crate-trained (requirement of milkbone treat) I can sit, again requires milkbone treat. I am house broken. My foster mom says that I have the cutest boxer wiggle butt. I am always happy and dancing when it is time to go out, eat and play. I donât jump up, I mostly keep four paws on the floor, except when it comes to the couch. Like Bo, I love playing with and chasing the racquet ball and other toys in the house. I am good at guarding the house, I bark to let my foster mom know of someone or some animal is approaching the house. They have been together since they were weeks old and they are from two different litters. They had two litters themselves and are a truly bonded pair. We really want to see them stay together so if you are interested in two please contact Barbara at email@example.com. Bo & Nelly are 5 Dogs - No Cats - No Kids - All You must be approved before meeting them or any other dogs in rescue. The application for adoption is located at www.njboxerrescue.com They adoption fee for two is $500.00, that does include all shots, vetting and spay/neuter too.

Hey!! Chloe and Carly are loving our foster family and we truly like having a big brother too. We have been here for awhile and everyone we meet just loves us. My foster mom says we are a peach 🙂 We are well mannered and are crated trained, however we are learning about house training but in our defense we used to live outside so we didn't know the difference...we are sorry! We went to the vet and were spayed and had some lumps removed, the good news they were not cancer...YAY!!! We are all healed up and waiting for a forever home. We are so happy that we got to spend Christmas with a family and not in a kennel. Well there are toys to play with so we have to go but if you are interested in meeting us you will not be disappointed,. you just need to reach out to Darlene and set something up after you are approved. Darlene at firstname.lastname@example.org **The adoption fee for the pair is $500. They are all vetted and up to date on shots.
